Participants will be able to:
Describe the development and implementation of a six question guided reflection tool used in high-stakes and low-stakes simulation.
- Discuss literature and theoretical frameworks applicable to engaging learners in reflection-on-action with simulation.
- Identify benefits and limitations in learner outcomes with low-stakes and high-stakes simulation practices, with or without use of video recording.
- Describe the qualitative study aims, hypothesis, methodology, and theoretical model for qualitative analysis.
