Membership Fees

• U.S. Individual Membership: $75.00
  - requires annual renewal, nontransferable
• Student Membership: $35.00
  - requires annual renewal with documentation of full time student status during the membership year, nontransferable
• Institutional Membership: $200.00
  - 3 members maximum, additional $50.00 per member in excess of 3
  - requires annual renewal, transferable within membership year
• Lifetime Individual Membership: $750.00
  - no renewal required, nontransferable

Description of Membership Types

International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning memberships are issued for a period of one year and renewed annually with the exception of the Lifetime membership, and are nontransferable with the exception of the Institutional membership. All membership categories entitle the member to the same benefits of membership: networking, conference information, listserv subscription, the online journal, and other INACSL website/members-only features.

The Individual Membership is $75.00 US, issued for a period of one year and renewed annually, and is nontransferable. It is usually paid by the individual. The institution may choose to pay this fee or reimburse the individual.

The Student Membership is $35.00 US, issued for a period of one year and renewed annually, and is nontransferable. It is usually paid by the individual. This type of membership requires documentation of full-time student status throughout the year of membership.

The Institutional Membership is $200.00, and includes up to 3 designated employees. Additional employees may be added for $50.00 per person in excess of the original 3. This membership is issued for a period of one year and renewed annually; it is transferable. Usually, the institution pays this membership fee. The institutional membership favors the employer (the Primary Contact on the application), who may change any or all of the three or more employees anytime while the membership is valid. This accommodates staffing changes, a real concern during the nursing faculty shortage.

The Lifetime Individual Membership for $750.00 does not need to be renewed. Again, this is usually paid by the individual. Due to the membership being nontransferable, the institution usually does not pay the lifetime membership fee.
