Through our vision, INACSL believes that simulation and innovation transform lives. It is our mission to be the global leader in the art and science of healthcare simulation through excellence in nursing education, practice, and research. INACSL’s core values are discovery, diversity and collaboration.  Through discovery we create, uncover and develop to build capacity and influence.  Through diversity strength grows from accepting the voices of all and extending equitable opportunities to others. Collaboration allows us to work inclusively and propels the success of our organization.
