2019 Application Period: November 1 - December 1, 2018

The International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL) is pleased to announce the Anthony Battaglia Pocket Nurse Scholarships. Each year, a number of non-transferable scholarships to support attendance at the annual INACSL conference are made available through a generous donation from Pocket Nurse®. These scholarships are designed to stimulate interest and participation in the development and advancement of clinical simulation in nursing and learning resource centers through the payment of conference registration costs

The Anthony Battaglia Scholarships are open to all educators, learning resource specialists, managers, and students who are interested in the design and development of clinical simulation to enhance education, research, and practice in nursing. This scholarship opportunity is only available to INACSL members in good standing.   Recipients will be recognized at the INACSL business meeting held at the annual conference.

Selection Criteria

Scholarship applications are reviewed by members of the INACSL Scholarship Committee.  The selection of scholarship recipients is based on submitted documentation that provides evidence of contributions that advance simulation in nursing.
