Rules, Regulations & Policies for Exhibitors & Sponsors

  • We ask that all exhibitors view and acknowledge the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations while on-site for INCASL22.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation of exhibit space must be directed via email to [email protected], provided that the canceling Exhibitor obtains confirmation of INACSL’s receipt of the email on or before the cancellation deadline. For cancellations of space received between the initial space selection and May 1, 2022, the Exhibitor is responsible for, and INACSL shall be entitled to retain, 50% percent of the total Exhibit Booth Fee as a cancellation fee. Should an Exhibitor cancel a portion of its space between initial space selection and May 1, 2022, Exhibitor is responsible for, and INACSL shall be entitled to retain, 50% percent of the total Exhibit Booth Fee as a cancellation fee.
    • Full payment is required and no refunds whatsoever will be made on cancellations or reductions of space on or after May 1, 2022. Should an Exhibitor cancel even partial space on or after May 1, 2022, the Exhibitor is responsible for the full Exhibit Booth Fee for the originally contracted exhibit space.

Space Selection

We will be handling presell the same as we did this past year. The allocation process will remain as follows:

  • Priority Points will still be used to set your appointment times, sponsors first and then calculated points for exhibitors
  • 2021 Sponsors will still have first right of refusal for securing 2022 current sponsorships
  • INACSL staff will be available to help guide you during the space selection process

2022 space selection will be taking place in late January 2022. We will be contacting you with your specific time slot closer to this date.

Exhibitor Registration

Registration will be opening in spring 2022. Formal email correspondence will be sent that will include all information regarding how to register, discount codes, and any other pertinent information. Registration discount codes will only be sent to companies that are paid in full.

Exhibitor Service Kit

The service kit, provided by Viper Exposition, will be sent in February 2022. The kit will contain all information regarding Viper and the Wisconsin Center-related services, electrical, phone, Internet, and other general exhibit guidelines.
Exhibitor Service Kits will only be sent to companies that are paid in full.

Marketing Kit

We’re compiling some tools to make it easy for you to promote the event to your network - to generate excitement and interest in INACSL22! More information coming soon!

BEWARE OF UNOFFICIAL SUPPLIERS
For the security of your company, please make your arrangements for INACSL22 directly through information provided to you via email from INACSL representatives. If there is ever a question about a communication received, please check with INACSL Trade Show team to confirm the provider is a preferred supplier before taking action. INACSL is not responsible for services booked through means other than our official vendors nor can we guarantee the authenticity of those offers.
