Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Vendor Statement

INACSL is striving to bring our core value of Diversity to the forefront of healthcare simulation. As a commitment to this core value, we are encouraging our members and partners to be leaders in diversity, equity, and inclusion in all areas of simulation (in hiring practices, academic acceptance, education practice, etc.). Now more than ever, it is imperative to include a multitude of racial, ethnic, and culturally underserved populations during the manufacture, distribution, and marketing of simulation products.

As you consider your sales and production team, which products you will exhibit, and how you will train your team in diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, please be intentional and forward-thinking in order to help build a more diverse, inclusive world. Together we are stronger!
