Eligibility to Exhibit

The International Nursing Association of Clinical and Simulation Learning (INACSL) reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor for inclusion in the Event and to prohibit an exhibitor from conducting and maintaining an exhibit if, in the sole judgment of INACSL, the exhibitor or exhibit or proposed exhibit shall in any respect be deemed unsuitable. Exhibitor’s eligibility to exhibit in the Event must remain in effect from the time of submission of the Contract to the time of the Event and should INACSL determine that Exhibitors is no longer eligible to exhibit at the Event (though previously deemed eligible), INACSL may notify the Exhibitor and may terminate this Contract without liability upon written notice to Exhibitor.

Payment Policy

Full payment of the cost of the requested exhibit space, sponsorship and advertising must be received within 30 days of the invoice send date, in order to confirm your selection. Balance of fees will be due no later than May 1, 2022. For registration after May 1, 2022, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

For the security of your company, please make your arrangements for INACSL22 directly through the information provided to you via email from INACSL representatives. If there is ever a question about a communication received, please check with INACSL Trade Show team to confirm the provider is a preferred supplier before taking action. INACSL is not responsible for services booked through means other than our official vendors nor can we guarantee the authenticity of those offers.
