*To qualify for Student Pricing, individuals must be undergraduate level (associate and baccalaureate students) or graduate level (master’s and doctoral students). Student pricing requires a valid current copy of the student's transcript. Individuals registering as a student must include a current transcript along with your request for processing of registration.

**International Pricing allows you to pay to attend at a rate consistent with your ability to pay based on your country of residence. You must be a resident living in the country in question in order to take advantage of International Pricing.

Workshops

This year, INACSL will offer workshops on Wednesday, June 10 including the CHSE Prep Course. More information about these sessions, including topics and speakers, will be made available in early 2026. Workshop availability is based on a first-come basis.

Cancellation by Individual

INACSL will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before May 1, 2026. Cancellations should be directed to [email protected]. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from INACSL on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. After May 1, 2026, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. You may substitute someone from your company (if you are taking the place of a member, the substitution must be a member). Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

Cancellation by INACSL

If for any reason beyond INACSL’s control INACSL determines that the INACSL Conference must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that INACSL shall not refund the registration fees paid and that all losses and damages that Participants may suffer as a consequence thereof are their responsibility and not that of INACSL or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Participants understand that they may lose all monies it has paid to INACSL for participation in the Conference, as well as other costs and expenses it has incurred, including travel, lodging, etc.

Health & Safety

INACSL supports the creation of a safe and healthy environment and encourages all attendees to act in the best interest of themselves and others while onsite in Oklahoma City. Should an attendee feel ill, they will be directed to consult with a local health official before attending the conference.
